Qualification:

✔ Post Graduate with B.Ed.

✔ Strong academic background

Experience:

✔ Minimum 5 years experience in a senior secondary school as Principal

✔ Experience in CBSE / ICSE curriculum is mandatory

🏫 Role & Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage the institution effectively

✔ Oversee academic excellence and administration

✔ Maintain discipline and high teaching standards

✔ Work closely with Vice Principal, Headmistress & staff

✔ Ensure smooth functioning of the school system

💰 Salary:

✔ ₹1,50,000 per month (Minimum assured)

✔ Higher salary negotiable based on experience & expertise

📌 Additional Details:

✔ Age limit: Around 45 – 50 years (both male & female can apply)

✔ Must possess leadership and administrative skills
