🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and purpose-driven educator to teach English and provide targeted CUET preparation to students from marginalized backgrounds. This position focuses on academic excellence, confidence-building, and creating opportunities for higher education through effective coaching and mentorship.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Teach foundational and advanced English concepts—grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, essay writing, and communication.
• Prepare and deliver structured CUET-oriented lessons aligned with the latest syllabus and exam format.
• Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and personalized feedback sessions.
• Inspire students to pursue higher education and provide career guidance where appropriate.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, social workers, and coordinators to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies.
• Motivate students to engage with reading, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field. B.Ed is a plus.)
• Prior teaching experience, ideally with competitive entrance preparation or in community-based settings.
• Strong command of the English language and CUET exam structure (Language and General Test sections).
• Passionate about educational equity and community service.
• Comfortable working with diverse learners and adapting materials as needed.
