💼 Role Purpose

We're looking for a compassionate and driven educator to teach Mathematics and Science to students who are part of underserved communities. This role goes beyond the classroom—it’s about mentoring, community empowerment, and transforming lives through education.

📘 Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Math and Science lessons suited for varied learning levels.
• Use creative and resource-friendly teaching strategies tailored for under-resourced settings.
• Motivate and mentor students to help them build confidence and curiosity.
• Organize and lead hands-on science activities, experiments, or math games.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and fellow teachers to ensure holistic child development.
• Maintain student records, assess progress, and provide feedback to parents.
• Participate in outreach programs or community engagement initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Education, or a related field (preferred).

Prior teaching or mentoring experience (especially in rural or low-resource environments) is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Passionate about social impact and educational equity.
