Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and committed Hindi Teacher to support our NGO’s mission of providing quality education to underserved communities. The teacher will deliver basic to intermediate Hindi language instruction, helping learners build literacy and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

·        Conduct Hindi language classes for children of class 9th to 12th.

·        Develop simple, need-based lesson plans aligned with learners' levels

·        Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

·        Organize storytelling, reading sessions, and language-based activities

·        Track student progress and provide individualized support.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or related field.

·        Prior teaching or volunteer experience in community education preferred

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·        Cultural sensitivity and a passion for social impact
